Q: What is the best way to contact Abby Lou Art?

Q: When can I expect my order to be delivered?

A: Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be fulfilled, as I may be packaging a large amount of orders at a time. You can expect standard USPS shipping within 2-5 business days after this. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact via email or the contact page.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final, I do not issue returns or refunds at this time. However if there is an issue with your order such as damage, please contact us and I will definitely work with you to get the issue resolved!

Q: My order says "delivered" but it isn't here! What do I do?

A: There are many reasons this could happen. In some cases, delivery updates are given before the package is delivered. Please allow at least 1-2 days after it says "delivered." If you still have nothing, please check with your local post office to find out what went wrong. It is out of our control once the package has shipped. 

Q: Do you take commissions?

A: Yes! I am open for commissions at this time if it is a project that fits my preferred subject matter and style. Reach out to me via my website under the "contact" page, or send me an email to inquire about commissions: abbylouart@gmail.com
